WHO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH: Any information you provide to Elecosoft over our websites is maintained and accessible only by Elecosoft and by the client for the website you have accessed.
We may send out occasional information about our company and to get in touch with you if required. Additionally, the owner of the website you have logged on to may use this data to contact you.
Elecosoft will never disclose any information about you to persons outside of those detailed above except to comply with applicable law or valid legal processes.

SENDING DATA OUTSIDE OF THE EEA: We will only send your data outside of the European Economic Area (‘EEA’) to:

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION: We will keep your personal information for as long as you are a customer of any Elecosoft business or we are in contact with you regarding our products and services. If you stop being a customer or request us to cease contacting you about our products and services, we may keep your data indefinitely if we cannot delete it for legal, regulatory or technical reasons. We may also keep it for research or statistical purposes. If we do, we will make sure that your privacy is protected and only use it for those purposes.
